I am a gluten-free environmentalist, compulsive baker, raw-obsessed, oenophile, and law school dropout. Mostly I'm a runner and nutrition junkie who founded a gluten-free & vegan baking company. The best part of my day is coaching college cross-country and track, strolling the aisles of food coops and running in the sunshine (otherwise known as Oregon NIRVANA).
